Born in Wisconsin where she attended the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, Katie has lived in Mansfield since 2008.
Katie has been in new home sales just over 7 years. After being a stay at home mom for 15 years, she started as a part-time sales assistant in the South Pointe community of Mansfield. Eager to learn and grow, Katie was promoted to full-time sales associate and assisted multiple sales managers across various communities. She quickly became proficient in sales, contracts, change orders and many other aspects that led her to be a sales manager of her very own townhome community.
Katie currently sells in Knights Landing on Eden Road in Arlington, Charleston in Mansfield, and The Retreat in Waxahachie.

Darren Renfro

Darren is from Waxahachie and attended Baylor University where he attained a BS in Education. A bit of an entrepreneur, after being a teacher and coach for 12 years, Darren started a screen-printing business and custom home building company called Renfro Homes. Combining his years of experience building custom homes with managing the purchasing department for a top 100 builder , Darren brings a wealth of knowledge to the Aspire team.
